OUR FACILITIES
Arkleen Oil and Gas Limited built an ultra modern Liquid mud plant at Federal Ocean Terminal (FOT) Onne Oil and Gas Free Zone.
The plant has a combined capacity of 20,000 bbls & 550mt respectively to service the Exploration and Production companies. The location of the mud plant, just behind the FOT quayside, makes it a perfect option for a mud and chemical supplier as it is possible to run pumping lines to the quayside and allow transfer of products to the supply vessel or trucks without the utilization of several hoses.
The plant has an impressive configuration and is made up of:
• (1x8000bbls) base oil tank
• (6x1200bbls) liquid mud tanks
• (4x1200bbls) brine storage tanks
• It also has (2x250bbls) mud mixing pit
• (1x300bbls) brine mixing pit
• (1x 9mt) cutting bottle
• (2x175mt) dry bulk silos for barite
• (2x 100mt) dry bulk silos for Bentonite
The pumping system consists of 3 Mission Magnum 8x6x14MCM 250 series centrifugal pump coupled with 6-71T Detroit diesel engine. One is dedicated to brine; one for mud and the 3rd one as a back-up.For the bulk plant, there are 2 Ingersoll Rand Diesel Air Compressors, Model XP825WCU each with a capacity of 825CFM at 125psi, one for the bulk plant and the other as back-up.Other facilities include a Mud Laboratory; Spare parts room; Changing room and offices. This plant can handle a minimum of three wells and a maximum of six wells at the same time to support operations on land, swamp, shallow, deep and ultra deep offshore oilfields locations. The plot at the FOT also has space for stacking of chemicals and other materials. We also have in place Materials Handling and Logistics Agreements with Intels, as well as a valid Licence issued by the Free Zone Authority of the Federal Government for Arkleen to operate as a Free Zone Enterprise.
OTHER SUPPORT INFRASTRUCTURES
Head Office at 141b, Olabode George Street, Victoria Island, Lagos with the adequate manpower and infrastructures to support field operations.
Offices, warehouse measuring 9,000ft2 with a loading bay, well equipped modern mud laboratory and material handling facilities at 41, Adesuwa Grammar School Road, off Sapele Road – Benin City for servicing operations both in the West and East of the Niger Delta.
Port Harcourt Base office is at FLT Road, Onne FOT, Onne Port Harcourt, Rivers State for handling operations East of the Niger.
A long-term lease of space from Intels, measuring 2000sqm, located on the quayside at Onne Oil & Gas Free Zone for Arkleen’s offshore and land operations.
A warehousing Agreement for chemicals’ storage and materials handling facilities at 1, Opobo Crescent, G.R.A, Phase 1, Port-Harcourt. This warehousing facility measures 9,720ft2. Plans are also at an advanced stage to build a company warehouse at Starzs Marine yard at FOT, Onne Oil and Gas Free Zone as a staging area to simplify materials traffic.
Warehousing facility on a 20,000 ft2 parcel of land along Benin/Sapele Road with large stacking area for mud tanks and Portal carbines.
Operational and office equipment, including communication equipment at all locations.
A large fleet of Vehicles and trucks to support the logistics operations and movement of goods and personnel.
